Once complete, your rug is carefully packaged and dispatched with complimentary tracked delivery. Please allow 3–5 business days for arrival.
Lead time
Each rug is handwoven to order by our Moroccan artisans using natural wool. Please allow 4–8 weeks for weaving, washing, and finishing.
Each rug is woven entirely by hand, making every piece naturally unique. Subtle variations in pattern, color, texture, and dimensions are part of its character and craftsmanship.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Contact our team and we’ll guide you through each step, including the return instructions.
For orders delivered to the United States, European Union, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, duties and import charges are included. No additional fees are due upon delivery.
