Our rugs are woven from carefully selected, 100% natural wool, locally and responsibly sourced in Morocco.

Subtle variations in shape, colour and weave are natural characteristics of handmade rugs. They are part of their authenticity and make every piece unique.

Dimensions are measured across the main woven area, excluding the fringes.

We recommend marking the rug dimensions on your floor with painter’s tape before ordering. Our team can also help you select the most suitable size for your space.

Measurements are displayed in both feet and centimetres whenever possible.

Yes. Selected designs can be woven to your preferred dimensions while preserving the character of the original piece.

Most custom rugs are completed within approximately 4–8 weeks. Timing may vary according to the size and complexity of the design.

Your rug will follow the selected design and colour palette, but subtle variations are expected because every piece is woven entirely by hand.

Ready-to-ship rugs are carefully prepared and dispatched promptly. Once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Applicable duties and taxes are included for the destinations indicated at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.

Yes. The total shown at checkout is the final amount payable for your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your rug has been dispatched.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If it remains unchanged, please contact our team.

Contact us immediately. We can usually update the address before dispatch, but changes may no longer be possible once the shipment is in transit.

Yes. All our rugs may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Once the returned rug has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Vacuum gently without a rotating brush and rotate the rug occasionally to encourage even wear.

Blot the area immediately using a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this may spread the stain deeper into the fibres.

Yes. We recommend using a professional cleaner experienced with handmade wool rugs.

A small amount of shedding can occur with natural wool, particularly when the rug is new. This gradually decreases with gentle use and care.
