Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

All rugs are shipped from our atelier in Marrakech, Morocco, using trusted express carriers such as DHL Express or FedEx.

Processing & Delivery Times

Ready-to-Ship Rugs: Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched promptly. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Made-to-Order Rugs: Each custom rug is individually handcrafted. Production timelines are communicated at the time of purchase, and express shipping is arranged once your rug is completed.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Tracking information typically becomes available shortly after the carrier collects your package.

Duties & Taxes

All applicable import duties and taxes are included in your purchase price.

The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay. No additional customs duties, import taxes, or hidden delivery fees will be charged upon delivery.
