What is your return policy?
Any products purchased from ibabarugs.com can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:
-Pet dander or fur;
-Dirt or grass stains;
-Signs of wear, washing, or improper care;
-Damage or stains;All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.
Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used during purchase.
Does you offer exchanges?
You may exchange your product within 30 days of the delivery date at no extra cost.Here are a few considerations:
1. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:
-Pet dander or fur-Dirt or grass stains
-Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
-Damage or stains
2. You may only exchange an order once. Exchanges of an exchanged item are prohibited.
3. Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Instead, we’ll give you credit for the full retail value of the item being exchanged (e.g., if the full retail price of your original rug is $209, we will credit you $209 to use towards your exchange).
4. If the item you’re exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we’ll refund the difference. If the item you’re exchanging costs more than your original purchase, we will charge you for the difference.
5. Exchange credits cannot be saved and used at a later time.

How do I return or exchange my order?
For Rug returns or exchanges, please reach out to hello@ibabarugs.com to initiate the Returns process.
If you received your order in the last 30 days, and would like to return it, please note the following:
Exchanges: Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Instead, you will receive a credit for the full retail value of the item on even exchanges (e.g., if the full retail price of your original Rug is $184.22, we will credit you $184.22 to use towards your exchange).
If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase, the full retail value will not apply. We will refund the difference for the lesser-priced item.
If the item you're exchanging costs more than your original purchase, you will be charged for the difference.After receiving confirmation from ibabarugs.com support, please Ship back your item.
You will need to provide a separate shipping label for each Rug.Once we receive your original item, we will complete your transaction. For returns: Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and an additional 2 to 3 business days to receive your refund. You will receive a refund confirmation email for each refund. Please contact your financial institution if your account is not credited within 10 business days of your refunds being issued.For exchanges: Once we receive your item(s), we will process your new order.

What if I need to return or exchange multiple items?
If you would like to complete a return or exchange for multiple items, they must be shipped separately, with separate shipping labels. We currently only accept one rug per shipping label.
